الملخص
المقال تحت عنوان: "انعكاسات اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة على الحقوق السياسية للمرأة في التشريع الجزائري"، حاولنا من خلاله ولوج موضوع اقحام المرأة في الحياة السياسية الذي أصبح اليوم يشكل محورا هاما لدى القائمين على السلطة خصوصا في الجزائر، لاسيما بعدما صادقت هذه الأخيرة على اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة –سيداو-، والتي تعطي حقوق واسعة للمرأة حتى في المجال السياسي، وما صاحب ذلك من انفتاح سياسي داخل الجزائر يتبنى نظام ديمقراطي قائم على التعددية الحزبية، حيث عملت السلطة على إصدار قوانين من شأنها دفع المرأة إلى الأمام في عالم السياسية. غير أننا توصلنا إلى أنه وبالرغم من الجهود النسوية والحقوقية والحكومية الساعية لتفعيل دور المرأة في الحقل السياسي، إلا أنه لا يزال إلى اليوم ينظر لها نظرة دونية تعتبرها دخيلة على عالم السياسة وأنها أضعف من أن تكون عضوا فيه، لهذا فطموح المرأة الجزائرية في المشاركة كما وكيفا في العمل السياسي لم يبلغ حد الآن درجة التحقيق الفعلي. Which was entitled " Implications of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women on the political rights of women in Algerian legislation " - in which we tried to find the subject of women's participation in political life, which has become an important focus for those in power especially in Algeria, especially after the latter ratified the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women Which gives women broad rights even in the political sphere. This is accompanied by a political openness within Algeria that adopts a democratic system based on multi-party ism. The Authority has worked to issue laws that will push women forward in the political world, However, we have concluded that despite the efforts of women, rights and government seeking to activate the role of women in the political field, but it is still today to look at the inferior view considered alien to the world of politics and it is too weak to be a member, so the ambition of Algerian women to participate in quality and quality In political action, the degree of actual investigation has not yet been reached.
