الجامعة والتنمية المحلية: منظور حضاري " من هوية الجامعة إلى جامعة الهوية "

الملخص
نحاول أن نخصص هذا الحيز من الدراسة لمسألة غاية في الأهمية فكرًا وممارسة، وذلك بالتركيز على الإسهام الحضاري الذي ينبغي للجامعات أدائه ضمن عجلة التنمية، انطلاقًا من الواقع المعبّر عن أوضاع جامعاتنا، ومحاولةً للوصول إلى المواصفات والمعالم التي يجب أن ترتسم في أذهاننا عن الدور الحقيقي لتلك الجامعات، أي الانطلاق من هوية الجامعة الحالية إلى جامعة الهوية المبتغاة. وقبل الانطلاق في تحديد معالم الهوية الحالية للجامعة؛ نعرض الإطار المفاهيمي للمصطلحات المستخدمة، لننتقل إلى عرض بعض المعالم التي تحدد الهوية الحالية لجامعاتنا (الطالب "مشروع بطال"، الأستاذ "مشروع مهاجر"، بين "الحرم الجامعي" و "القصعة الجامعية"، واقع "الكتاب الجامعي"، العلاقة: أستاذ – طالب، الانفصام بين مجالات الاهتمام ونتائج البحث). ثم ننتقل إلى تحليل تشابك تلك المشاهد وتفاعلها، مع محاولة تفنيد أغلوطة "اللحاق بالركب". ليتم عرض متطلبات جامعة الهوية المراد منها الإسهام في دفع عجلة التنمية؛ وذلك بتحليل شبكة العلاقات الجامعية، وباعتماد التغيير من الداخل مستخدمين أسلوب إعادة اختراع الجامعة، وضرورة انتشار الحرية الأكاديمية، لنختم ببعض معالم جامعة الهوية المتوخاة. Abstract: We try to dedicate this space of study to a very important issue in thought and practice, by focusing on the civilization contribution that universities should play in the wheel of development, based on the reality that reflects the conditions of our universities and an attempt to reach the specifications and landmark that mast be in our mind about the real role of universities, from the identity of the current university to the desired university of identity. Before starting to define the current identity of the university, we present a conceptual framework for the terminology used. Let us move on to present some of the features that define the current identity of the universities (student project unemployed, professor project immigrant, enter university campus and university story, areas of interest and research results). Then we turn to the analysis of the interlocking, while trying to refute the mistakes of catching up. The university of identity aims to contribute to advancing development by analyzing the network of university relations, adopting change from within using the university re-invention method, and the need to spread academic freedom to seal some of the features of the university of identity.
