مفهوم البيئة وأهم أنواعها في التشريع الجزائري

الملخص
تحتل البيئة المكانة القصوى في حياة الإنسان، فهي المحيط الذي يؤويه وهي مصدر حياته، والى جانب ذلك فهي تضم كل العناصر والكائنات الحية وغير الحية المتواجدة في تناسق متزن حتمي لحياته. تعرف، وتتنوع كما يلي: تعريف البيئة: للبيئة، عموما، عدة تعاريف: لغوية، اصطلاحية، فقهية وتشريعية، وإذا أخذنا باتحاد ها يمكن القول بان البيئة هي "كل ما يحيط بالإنسان من ماء وهواء ويابسة وفضاء، وكل ما تحتويه هذه الأوساط من جماد ونبات وحيوان، وأشكال مختلفة من أنشطة بشرية ومنشآت، والتأثيرات الناشئة عن نشاطات الإنسان الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية. أنواع البيئة: تتنوع البيئة، عموما، إلى نوعين رئيسيين: البيئة الطبيعية والبيئة الحضرية؛ وكل منهما يتنوع إلى ثلاثة أنواع؛ فالبيئة الطبيعية تتفرع إلى بيئة برية طبيعية، بيئة بحرية طبيعية وبيئة جوية طبيعية. كذلك الحال بالنسبة البيئة الحضرية تتنوع إلى بيئة برية حضرية، بيئة بحرية حضرية وبيئة جوية حضرية(معيار التنويع=تغيير الإنسان للبيئة الطبيعية من عدمه).
