قيم المواطنة بين أزمة الهوية واللامعيارية (نظرة تشخيصية نفسية – اجتماعية)

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة الى توضيح معالم المجتمع وهويته بين التقليدية والحداثة، ثم توضيح انعكاسات ازمة الهوية على قيم المواطنة ومدى معيارية سلوكات الأفراد والجماعات عموما والشباب خصوصا وتفاعلاتهم وعلاقاتهم في ظل هذه المنظومة الاجتماعية والثقافية ومنه محاولة تحديد محك تشخيصي ينطلق منه لمعالجة قضايا الشباب. اي معرفة مدى معيارية ولا معيارية السلوك الاجتماعي في ظل المعطيات الاجتماعية الراهنة، وما هي العوامل التي يمكن افتراضها من هذا المنطلق كدوافع أو أسباب لحدوث حالة اللامعيارية لدى الشباب الجزائري؟ وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة الى: -التأثر الواضح للباحثين وأعمالهم البحثية وفلسفتهم في البحث بالفلسفات والمناهج وطرائق البحث الغربية، والتي انعكست على نتائج البحث العلمي للبلاد العربية والتي منها الجزائر، مما حال دون وضع محك ثابت نسبيا لتشخيص مشكلات الشباب خصوصا والمشكلات النفسية والاجتماعية لمختلف فئات المجتمع بصورة عامة. -أن مشكلات قيم المواطنة لدى الشباب الجزائري مكمنها في تضارب أصول الهوية بمستجداتها –قاعدة تقليدية بمظهر عصري- ولذلك نتصور مبدئيا أن علاج مشكلات الشباب يتطلب معالجة جوهر هذه القضية. This study aimed to clarify the features of society and its identity between traditional and modernity, then to clarify the repercussions of the identity crisis on the values of citizenship and the extent of the normative behavior of individuals and groups in general, and youth in particular, and their interactions and relations in light of this social and cultural system, and from it an attempt to identify a diagnostic test from which to address youth issues. That is, knowing the extent of normative or normative social behavior in light of the current social data, and what are the factors that can be assumed from this point of view as motives or reasons for the occurrence of a state of non-normity among Algerian youth? The results of the study found: The obvious influence of researchers, their research work and their philosophy in research on Western philosophies, curricula and research methods, which were reflected in the results of scientific research in the Arab countries, including Algeria, which prevented a relatively stable test for diagnosing the problems of young people in particular and the psychological and social problems of various groups of society in general. - Absence of a scientific platform and philosophy derived from the philosophy of Algerian society and its social, cultural and civilizational identity at the level of form, content, premise and method.
