سياسة فرنسا الدينية في الجزائر تأطير فريضة الحج أنموذجا 1894-1939

الملخص
لقد حاولت فرنسا الإشراف على شؤون الدين الإسلامي منذ الأيام الأولى للاحتلال , وذلك بتضييق الخناق عن الحريات الدينية للشعب الجزائري بدءا بمصادرة الأوقاف , وبمراقبة الخطاب الديني في دور العبادة والمساجد ,والتشديد على عمل الكتاتيب والتعليم التقليدي , وانتهاء بمحاولة مراقبة وتأطير شؤون الحج , حيث هال السلطات الإستعمارية منذ الوهلة الأولى الطابع العابر للحدود لهذه الرحلة الدينية مخافة أن يشكل الحج خطرا أمنيا على مصالحها , وبعد سنوات من المنع والمراقبة , أخذت على عاتقها الإشراف المباشر على شؤون الحج , وجاء ذلك بعد القرار الحكومي الصادر في العشر ديسمبر 1894 , وبموجبه سوف تشرف الإدارة الإستعمارية رسميا على شؤون الحج , لمراقبة الحجاج والتقليل قدر الإمكان من أعدادهم بعدما خافت من خطر الرحلة من جميع الصعد سياسية كانت أمنية أو صحية. Abstract France attempted to supervise and control over the Islamic religious affairs, from the start of the colonialism, for the violation of the religious liberty of the Algerian people. First, France confiscated the Islamic temples and mosques, supervised the religious speeches at the mosques, inspected the traditional and koranic schools and the pilgrimage trip. the colonial authorities, from the beginning, was frightened from this religion and especially because the pilgrimage trip is transient of frontiers that may disturb and be dangerous for the colonial authorities' security. after a long period of inspection, the colonial authorities decided to supervise and organize the pilgrimage trip following the government law of December 10th, 1894that says that the pilgrimage trip will be prepared and organized by the colonial authorities. In other side the pilgrims will be controlled and them number reduced because France thinked that this event may be dangerous for the security, politic and health's side for the colonial authorities.
