الملخص
يعتبر الأستاذ الجامعي اللبنة الأولى التي تقوم عليها العملية التربوية ، و التعليمية في التعليم العالي (الجامعي) ، يعتبر فيقوم الأستاذ الجامعي بدور بالغ الأهمية ، حيث يقوم بغرس القيم و الفضيلة التي يحددها المنهاج التعليمي المعتمد ، و السائد الذي ينتمي إليه ، و ينبغي له أن يلتزم بعناصر الرسالة التربوية التي يحملها ، و تبقى واضحة في سلوكه مع الآخرين ، و مع هيئة الأسرة الجامعية (من زملاء ، عمال ، و طلبة) و بذلك يقع على عاتقه واجب الإمتثال لميثاق الأخلاقيات و الآداب الجامعية (2021). و هذا ما يعالجه محتوى هذه المداخلة ، و للإجابة عن الإشكالية التي طرحناها و المتمثلة في : ما هي أخلاقيات مهنة الأستاذ الجامعي؟ ، تناولنا ذلك وفق تقسيم ثلاثي. الكلمات المفتاحية: أخلاقيات المهنة ، الأداء التدريسي ، الأستاذ الجامعي، المهمة التعليمة. The ethics of the profession of a university professor is: a descriptive and analytical study summary of the intervention . The university professo ris considered the first building block on which the educational process is based, and education in higher university education. The university professor plays a very important role, where it instills the values and virtues defined by the Approved educational curriculum, and the master to whom it belongs and the mainstream to which it belongs. He must add here to the elements of the educational message that he carries, and it remains clair in his behavior with others and with the university family body (from or-workers and students) thus, he has a duty to comply with the university code of ethics and ethics (2021). This is what the content of this introduction addresses, in order to answer the problem we posed, which is what is the ethics of the profession of a university professor we dealt with it according to a three part division.
