استراتيجية الوقاية من سلوكيات التنكيد المعنوي الممارس ضد العمال في الاواسط المهنية

الملخص
إذا كانت اول ضحية للتنكيد المعنوي هو الفرد الذي فوجئ بها، فإن ثمنها اقتصاديا واجتماعيا قد يكون ثقيلا على عاتق المؤسسة. وعليه فإن التنكيد في الوسط المهني بقدر ما يسبب عدة مشاكل على مستوى الفرد من معاناة نفسية وأمراض نفسي-جسمية، فإنه له تأثيرات سلبية على مستوى المؤسسة والمجتمع ككل، مما وجب ضرورة البحث عن سبل علاجها واقتراح آليات واستراتيجيات وقائية لصد هذه المضايقات لمساعدة العامل وحمايته نتيجة لخطورتها على الصحة النفسية والجسدية والصحة المهنية. الكلمات المفتاحية: التنكيد المعنوي؛ استراتيجيات الوقاية؛ الاواسط المهنية. Abstract : If the first victim of moral bullying is the individual who was surprised by it, then the economic and social price may be heavy for the institution. Therefore, harassment in the professional environment, to the extent that it causes several problems at the individual level of psychological suffering and psycho-physical diseases, has negative effects on the level of the institution and society as a whole, which necessitates the need to search for ways to treat it and propose preventive mechanisms and strategies to repel these harassment to help and protect the worker as a result Because it is dangerous to mental, physical and occupational health. Résumé : Si la première victime du harcèlement moral est l'individu qui en a été surpris, alors le prix économique et social peut être lourd pour l'institution. Dès lors, le harcèlement en milieu professionnel, dans la mesure où il engendre plusieurs problèmes au niveau individuel de souffrance psychologique et de maladies psycho-physiques, a des effets négatifs au niveau de l'institution et de la société dans son ensemble, ce qui nécessite de rechercher pour les moyens de le traiter et proposer des mécanismes et des stratégies de prévention pour repousser ces harcèlements afin d'aider et de protéger le travailleur en conséquence Parce qu'il est dangereux pour la santé mentale, physique et au travail.
