قلق الموت عند مريض كورونا المصاب بمرض مزمن دراسة عيادية

الملخص
ملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن قلق الموت عند مريض كورونا (كوفيد – 19) المصاب بمرض مزمن و تحديد مستوياته. وتكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في الفئة التي تعاملنا معها وهي فئة المسنين المصابين بأمراض مزمنة ،كونهم يمتازون بصفات شخصية تختلف عن بقية الناس العاديين والتي عادة ما تتمثل في القلق والاحباط والاكتئاب المرافق لمعاناتهم الجسدية. إضافة إلى أهمية فيروس كورونا (كوفيد-19) كظاهرة جديرة بالدراسة خاصة فيما يتعلق بانعكاساتها وتداعياتها على المرضى الذين طالهم بحثنا الميداني ،نجد أن هؤلاء المرضى أصبحوا يعانون نوعا جديدا من الضغط والقلق الذي يؤدي بهم كثيرا إلى التفكير في الموت والتخوف منه ،وهذا ما دفعنا إلى التقرب من هذه الحالات بغية التعرف على مظاهر قلق الموت لديهم بعد إصابتهم بالفيروس ومعرفة درجاته. ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج العيادي بتوظيف دراسة الحالة مع مريضين مصابين بفيروس كورونا (كوفيد-19) يعانيان أصلا من ارتفاع الضغط الدموي (ذكر و أنثى) وتوصلنا إلى نتيجة مفادها وجود قلق موت مرتفع لدى مريض كورونا المصاب بمرض مزمن. Abstract: Abstract: This research aims to detect death anxiety of a Corona patient (Covid-19) with a chronic illness and determine its levels. The importance of this study lies in the category that we have dealt with, which is the category of elderly people with chronic diseases, as they have personal characteristics that differ from the rest of the ordinary people, which is usually represented in anxiety, frustration and depression accompanying their physical suffering. In addition to the importance of the Corona virus (Covid-19) as a phenomenon worthy of study, especially in terms of its impacton patients affected by our field research, where we find that they have become suffering from a new type of pressure and anxiety that leads them a lot to think about death and fear it, and this is what prompted us to approach these cases in order to identify the manifestations of death anxiety they have after contracting the virus and know its degrees. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, we relied on the clinical approach by employing a case study with two patients infected with Corona virus (Covid- 19) who already suffer from high blood pressure (male and female), and we came to the conclusion that there is ahigh death anxiety in a Corona patient with a chronic disease. Résumé: Cette recherche vise à détecter l'anxiété de mort chez un patient Corona (Covid-19) atteint d'une maladie chronique et à déterminer ses niveaux. L’importance de cette étude réside dans la catégorie que nous avons traitée, qui est la catégorie des personnes âgées atteintes de maladies chroniques, car elles ont des caractéristiques personnelles qui diffèrent du reste des gens ordinaires, ce qui est généralement représenté par l'anxiété, la frustration et la dépression accompagnant leur souffrance physique. Outre l'importance du virus Corona (Covid-19) en tant que phénomène digne d'étude, notamment en ce qui concerne ses répercussions sur les patients touchés par nos recherches sur le terrain, où nous constatons qu'ils sont devenus souffrant d'un nouveau type de pression et d'anxiété qui les amène beaucoup à penser à la mort et à la craindre , et c'est ce qui nous a poussés à aborder ces cas afin d'identifier les manifestations d'anxiété de mort qu'ils ont après avoir contracté le virus et d’en connaître ses degrés. Afin d'atteindre les objectifs de l'étude, nous nous sommes appuyés sur l'approche clinique en employant l’étude de cas avec deux patients infectés par le virus Corona (Covid- 19) qui souffrent déjà d'hypertension artérielle (homme et femme), et nous sommes arrivés au conclusion qu'il existe une forte anxiété de mort chez le patient Corona atteint d'une maladie chronique.
