الملخص
يُركِّز عرضنا التاريخي هذا في اشكاليته حول ما قد تُثيره قضية الرَّحلة العلمية إلى المشرق الإسلامي في الفترة الحديثة إلى مجموعة من المعالم الثقافية الممثلة في العلماء، الطلبة، الفقهاء، الحجاج، الكتب، العلوم الدينية...، وغيرها مِمَّا يُمكن من خلاله التعرف أكثر على طبيعة النشاط العلمي لنخبة إيالة الجزائر، وفي مُقدمتهم أفذاذ مدينة تلمسان المحروسة، الذين ارتفع شأنهم في الأزهر الشريف، وشهد لهم العام والخاص مِمَّن عاصرهم بالنبوغ العلمي، وعُلو كعبهم بين أقرانهم العلماء في تلك البقاع العلمية. في ظل إسهاماتهم هذه التي لم تأتي هكذا، بل كان وراءها تبريز علمي قوي في ميادين العلوم العقلية والنقلية فيما استشهدنا به من مخطوطات تتعلق أساسًا بمؤلفاتهم في العلوم الدينية، حيث أفادتنا هذه المُدونات على مستويين اثنين. أولهما: التعرف على علماء وأدباء لم تذكرهم المصادر المختلفة. وثانيهما: محاولة إعداد مُعجم مُصغر في شكل فهرس بيبليوغرافي لهذه الآثار العلمية وإدراجها في الموسوعة الثقافية الخاصة بإيالة الجزائر، بُغية التوسع فيها أكثر مُستقبلاً، بالدرس، والتحقيق، والتصنيف...، كونها تُمثل المادة المصدرية الخام في مُعالجة مواضيع شتى لمدينة تلمسان على عهد العثمانيين. Our historical presentation focuses in its problematic on what the issue of the scientific journey to the Islamic East may raise in the modern period to a group of cultural landmarks represented in scholars, students, jurists, pilgrims, books, religious sciences..., and others through which more information can be learned The nature of the scientific activity of the elite of the interrupt of Algeria, in the forefront of which are the most distinguished of the guarded city of Tlemcen, whose status rose in Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, and the public and private witnessed them with scientific brilliance and their high heels among their peers there. However, their contributions did not come like this, but behind them was a strong scientific highlight in the fields of rational and traditional sciences, in what we came across of manuscripts related mainly to their writings in religious sciences. Where these blogs benefited us on two levels. The first: Getting to know scholars and writers who were not mentioned in the various sources. And the second: an attempt to prepare a mini-dictionary in the form of a bibliographic index of these scientific monuments and include them in the cultural encyclopedia of the interrupt of Algeria, in order to expand it further in the future by studying, investigating and classifying ..., as it represents the raw source material in dealing with various topics the city of Tlemcen during the Ottoman
