الملخص

المجرم يتأثر بعوامل إجرامية مختلفة تدفعه إلى إرتكاب الجرائم وهذه العوامل لها دور كبير في خلق الظاهرة الإجرامية ، ومع كثرتها فإن كل عامل منها سواء كان عنصرا في الشخصية الإنسانية ( عضويا أو نفسيا ) ، أو سببا إجتماعيا وقد حضي بعناية علماء الإجرام في البحث عن مدى أهميته ، وعن حدود الدور الذي يلعبه في تحديد السلوك الإجرامي للأفراد، ومن بين هذه العوامل العاهات العقلية و النفسية (لعوامل الداخلية) التي لها أثر كبير في ارتكاب الجرائم . The criminal is influenced by various criminal factors that lead to the commission of crimes and sins. These factors have a great role in creating the criminal phenomenon, and with many of them, each factor, whether it is a component of the human personality (organic or psychological), or The criminologists have carefully examined the extent to which they are important and the limits of their role in determining the criminal behavior of individuals. Among these factors are mental and psychological disabilities, which are considered internal factors that have a significant impact on the commission of crimes in society.
