الملخص
ملخص: تهدف دراسة موضوع مبدأ السيادة وأثره القانوني في النطاق المحلي والدولي الى مدى تأثر مبدأ سيادة الدول بالالتزامات الدولية عند انضمامها للاتفاقيات والمعاهدات الدولية، ومن خلال اتباع خطة الدراسة والمتمثلة في المبحث الأول والذي تطرقنا من خلاله الى المفهوم القانوني لمبدأ سيادة الدول، أما المبحث الثاني التمحور في مظاهر ممارسة سيادة دولة فلسطين في النطاق الدولي، توصلنا للعديد من النتائج أهمها: أن مبدأ السيادة يعتبر أساسا جوهريا في حدود الدولة وله مظاهر داخلية وخارجية تعبر عن إرادة الدولة وحرية قراراتها. وبدورنا وضعنا العديد من التوصيات أهمها انه على دولة فلسطين الاستمرار في الجهود المحلية والدولية فيما يتعلق بالانضمام إلى الاتفاقيات الدولية، ولكن مع الأخذ بالحسبان ضرورة إبداء التحفظات عندما يكون هناك أحكام أو نصوص تمس الثقافة المجتمعية السائدة في المجتمع الفلسطيني أو سيادة الدولة أو وضع التزامات ليس بالإمكان تطبيقها في وضع الدولة الفلسطينية الحالي. summary: The study aims to investigate the principle of sovereignty and its legal impact on both the domestic and international levels. The study follows a plan that consists of two main parts, The first part evolves around the legal concept of state sovereignty, while the second part focuses on the aspects of the exercise of sovereignty by the state of Palestine in the international arena. Through this research, several important conclusions were drawn: the principle of sovereignty is an essential aspect of statehood, encompassing both internal and external dimensions that express that state’s will and decision- making freedom. As a result, we have formulated several recommendations, the most important of which is that the state of Palestine should continue its efforts, both domestically and internationally, concerning its accession to international agreements. However, it is essential to take into consideration the necessity of expressing reservations when there are provisions or texts that may impact the prevailing societal culture in Palestine society, the sovereignty of the state, or when certain obligations cannot be implemented in the current situation of the Palestinian state
