Abstract

الحمد لله رب العالمين الذي هدانا للإسلام وأرسل إلينا خير الأنام وصاحب المقام المحمود وخير الخلق عليه وعلى أصحابه أفضل الصلاة وأزكى السلام. وبعد: تناولنا في هذا البحث موضوع: "آيات البغي ومرادفاتها في القرآن الكريم"، هذه الجريمة التي عالجتها الشريعة الإسلامية معالجة شافية تختلف في مضمونها وفحواها عن معالجة القوانين الوضعية. ويهدف البحث للكشف عن آيات البغي في القرآن الكريم ومشتقاتها ومرادفاتها واعتمدت على المنهج الاستقرا ئي ويدور الحديث فيه من خلال مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث وأما الخاتمة فقد تضمَّنَت أهم النتائج التي توصَّلْتُ إليها من خلال هذا البحث، ويمكن صياغة بعضها بالقول: ورود لفظ البغي ومشتقاته 115 مرة في القرآن الكريم أكثرها في السور المدنية، وقد أفاد معان مختلفة، كالحسد والظلم والطلب والمعصية والزنى. كما استخدم القرآن الكريم كلمات أخرى لمعنى "البغي" ولا سيما أثناء حديثه عن قصص البغاة الطغاة أمثال فرعون، ومن هذه الكلمات: الكبر، العدوان و الطغيان . Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, who guided us to Islam and sent us the best of people and the owner of the praiseworthy place and the best of creation upon him and his companions, the best prayer and the purest peace. And after: In this research, we dealt with the topic: "The verses of prostitution and their synonyms in the Holy Qur'an", this crime that was dealt with by Islamic law in a holistic treatment that differs in its content and content from the treatment of man-made laws. The research aims to reveal the verses of the prostitute in the Holy Qur'an and their derivatives and synonyms and relied on the inductive approach and the conversation revolves in it through the introduction, and three topics. The conclusion has included the most important findings reached through this research, and some of them can be formulated by saying: the word prostitute and its derivatives 115 times in the Holy Qur'an, most of which are in the civil surahs, has benefited different meanings, such as envy, injustice, demand, sin and adultery. The Holy Qur'an also used other words to mean "prostitute", especially while talking about the stories of tyrant prostitutes such as Pharaoh, and these words include: arrogance, aggression and tyranny.
