اتجاهات الأستاذ الجامعي نحو عملية إصلاح التعليم العالي. -دراسة استكشافية على عينة من الأساتذة الباحثين من مختلف الجامعات الجزائرية-

الملخص
تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الإحاطة بالأساليب المعتمدة من طرف الأستاذ و الباحث الأكاديمي في عملية اصلاح التعليم العالي، سواء تعلق الأمر بما توفره المؤسسة الجامعية من مختلف الوسائل العلمية أو التكنولوجية، و كيف يتم تسخيرها في العملية التعليمية، أو ما ينتهجه الأستاذ من آليات شخصية يراها وفق معايير خبرته أنها الأنسب ، تتماشى و تتلاءم و طبيعة المقياس المُدرّس أو طبيعة الطالب، لذلك كان لابد لنا من معرفة اتجاهات الأستاذ الجامعي نحو عملية اصلاح التعليم العالي، من خلال اعتماد أسلوب منهجي و علمي يتمثل في مقياس Likert، إضافة إلى اختيار مختلف الباحثين من مختلف جامعات الوطن كعينة مناسبة لطبيعة دراستنا، أين قمنا بتوزيع الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات و المعلومات، على 53 أستاذا عبر ما يسمى بأسلوب كرة الثلج، لنقوم في الأخير بتحليل البينات المُتوصّل إليها معتمدين في ذلك على المعالجة الإحصائية لبرنامج Spss، حيث توصلت الدراسة الى أن الأستاذ الجامعي اتجاهه إيجابي فيما يخص عملية تصحيح التعليم العالي، فهو في الغالب يحدد جملة من الوسائل و الأساليب الشخصية في عملية التلقين و الاتصال مع الطلبة، رغم وجود صعوبات عديدة تعيق أداءه المهني. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاتجاه، الأستاذ الجامعي، عملية الإصلاح، التعليم العالي. Abstract : This study seeks to determine the methods adopted by the professor and academic researcher in the process of reforming higher education, whether it is related to the various scientific or technological means provided by the university institution. Moreover these means are harnessed in the educational process, or what the professor adopts from his personal mechanisms that he deems most appropriate according to the criteria of his experience, in line with the nature of the taught scale or the nature of the student. Indeed, we have to know the university professor’s attitudes towards the process of reforming higher education, by adopting a methodological and scientific method represented in the Likert scale, in addition to choosing different researchers from different national universities as a sample suitable for the nature of our study. We distributed the questionnaire as a main tool in collecting data and information to 53 professors through the so-called snowball method, to finally analyse the data obtained, relying on the statistical treatment of the Spss program. The study concluded that The university professor has a positive attitude regarding the process of reforming higher education, as he often defines a number of personal means and methods in the process of indoctrination and communication with students, despite the presence of many difficulties hindering his professional performance.
