الملخص
يهدفُ هذا المقال إلى مناقشة إشكالية التي تروم الكشف عن أهم الآليات الاستراتيجية الحجاجية التوجيهية الظاهرة في رسالة القضاء لعمر بن الخطاب –رضي الله عنه- التي اعتمدها لتحقيق الإقناع والتأثير في رعيته، فما طبيعة الآليات الاستراتيجية الحجاجية التي وظفها عمر بن الخطاب في رسالته.؟ وهل أدت الغاية المطلوبة في مقصيدية المتلقي.؟ لتحقيق هذه الغاية اقتضى هذا الطرح معاينة هذه الإشكالية في ثلاثة محاور: تناولنا في الأول المفاهيم النظرية للاستراتيجية والحجاج، وأهم الآليات الاستراتيجية الحجاجية التوجيهية، وصولاً إلى استراتيجيته –رضوان الله عليه- الحجاجية التوجيهية المتجلية في رسالته. الهادفة إلى إثارةِ الأذهانِ والتأثير فيها وفي معاملاتها. لنقف في الأخير عند إجلاء الآليات الاستراتيجية الخطابية الحجاجية وتبيان دورها في تحقيق التأثير والإقناع. This article discusses a problematic aiming to reveal the main guiding argumentative strategic mechanisms of the judiciary letter of Omar Ibn Al-Khattab– may Allah be pleased with him – to achieve persuasion and influence within his parish. So, what is the nature of such mechanisms ? Did they achieve the desired goal amongst its receivers? To this end, an examination of this problematic is undertaken in three axes. First, theoretical concepts related to the strategy and argumentation are underlined, in addition to the most important guiding argumentative strategic mechanisms, to attain thirdly his guiding strategy aiming to arouse and influence the minds and their dealings. At last, the strategic rhetorical argumentative guiding mechanisms of Omar are unveiled by clarifying their role in achieving influence and persuasion.
