الملخص

الملخص : يعتبر التراث الثقافي مصدرا أساسيا للهوية والتميز الثقافي لأي مجتمع، حيث يستوجب الحفاظ عليه والترويج له ونقله عبر الأجيال، من خلال تنظيم وتطبيق معايير محددة. ومن أجل هذا الغرض تأسست منظمات دولية تعمل مع المؤسسات الثقافية والمنظمات التاريخية الوطنية للحفاظ على هذا التراث خاصة غير المادي منه. مكتبات المطالعة العمومية من أبرز المؤسسات الثقافية على المستوى الوطني التي تهتم بهذا الشأن والتي تعتبر كخلية حية تعمل على الترويج لهذا الإرث في المجتمع. من خلال هذه الورقة العلمية سوف نتطرق إلى عدة نقاط أهمها المبادرات والأدوار والأساليب التي بها مختلف المؤسسات الثقافية دوليا ووطنيا من أجل الحماية والترويج للموروث الثقافي اللامادي بالجزائر. والتركيز على مكتبات المطالعة العمومية كنموذج. Abstract: Cultural heritage is considered as a fundamental source of identity and cultural distinction for any society. So, it is necessary to preserve it, promote it and ensure its intergenerational transfer, by organizing and inplementing specific standards . For this reason, international organizations have been established, wich work in collaboration with cultural institutions and national historical oraonizations, to preserve this heritage, especially the intangible one. Public libraries are among the most important cultural institutions at the national level that address this issue and are considered active cells working to promote this heritage within society. Through this scientific paper, we will deal with several points, the most important of which are the initiatives, roles and methods used by various international and national cultural institutions in order to protect and promote the intangible cultural heritage in Algeria and focusing on public reading libraries as a model.
