الأزمة المالية والاقتصادية العالمية " أزمة الرهن العقاري"

الملخص
شهد الاقتصاد العالمي في سبتمبر 2008 أزمة مالية، اعتبرت الأسوء والأخطر منذ زمن الكساد الكبير عام 1929، أزمة هزت أركان الاقتصاد الأمريكي الذي يعتبر الأكبر حجما وتأثيرا في العالم، ثم امتدت إلى اقتصاديات دول العالم بدءا بأوروبا فالبلدان الآسيوية الناشئ منها والنامي إلى منطقة الشرق الأوسط وإفريقيا، وسرعان ما بدأت عدواها تنتقل إلى العديد من الاقتصاديات العالمية التي ترتبط بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر مع الاقتصاد الأمريكي باعتباره القاطرة الأمامية للاقتصاد العالمي، والثمن كان باهضا فأكبر البنوك والمؤسسات المالية الدولية بدأت بالانهيار في مقدمتها مصرف " ليمان براذرز" ومؤسستي الرهن العقاري "فاني ماي" و"فريدي ماك"، حتى النظام التجاري العالمي امتدت إليه الأزمة عبر قناة الصفقات التجارية في صورة ركود بدأ يخيم على حركة الأسواق وانكماش في حركة الصادرات والواردات من السلع والخدمات. The global economy exposed a financial crisis in September 2008.It was considered as the worst and most serious crises since the time of the Great Depression in 1929. crisis rocked the the pillars of the US economy which is largest and more influential in the world. The cisis has spread towards the economies of countries in the world starting with Europe and emerging Asian countries and developing countries and then to the Middle East and Africa. and soon, it began to move on to infect many global economies that are associated directly or indirectly with the US economy as a front locomotive for the global economy.The price was too high, the largest banks and international financial institutions began to collapse starting with the bank "Lehman Brothers" and the Mortgage institutions "Fannie Mae" and "Freddie Mac". Even the global trading system has reached the crisis through the channel of trade deals in the form of stagnation began starting markets and contraction in exports and imports movement of goods and services.
