Abstract
Abstract: This research paper aims to identify the reality of social policy in Algeria, and how to establish it to facilitate the process of improvement in local development, such as health, education, housing and other sectors directly related to the social issue and then address it, which prompts the state to establish new social policies that affect all dimensions of the social issue, It is also related to the mobility of society on the one hand and to the social status of the citizen on the other hand, especially since the development of a successful social policy capable of facing the challenges of the social issue poses many problems that intertwine in their economic and social dimensions and are all linked to the local development of the country.
