الملخص
تتناول الورقة البحثية التالية، البحث في محتوى مشروع طريق الحرير، من حيث إطاره التاريخي، والآفاق المسطرة له، واليات تنفيذه، والمكاسب التي يمكن أن تجنيها الدول المنضوية منه، والمعيقات التي تعترضه، وكذا المخاطر التي قد يسببها انجاز المشروع على البيئة، واقتصاديات الدول، كما تحيل الى مستوى التعاون الجزائري الصيني في إطار المشروع والإنجازات المجسدة ميدانياوالرؤية المستقبلية التي دهت سطرها الطرفان. The following research paper deals with research into the content of the silk rods project, in terms of its historical framework, the horizons it outlines, the mechanisms for its implementation, the gains that can be gained by the countries participating in it, the obstacles that confront it, as well as the risks that the completion of the project may cause to the environment and the economies of the countries, as it refers To the level of Algerian-Chinese cooperation within the framework of the project, the achievements embodied on the field, and the future vision drawn up by the two parties.
