موقع الشرق الأوسط في مشروع الحزام والطريق.. بين المكاسب المادية والتواصلات الحضارية

الملخص
يهدف هذا المقال إلى دراسة موقع منطقة الشرق الأوسط في مشروع الحزام والطريق الصيني، والتعرف على أهم العوامل التي جعلت من المنطقة حيوية في المشروع الصيني، وتحليل طبيعة التعامل الصيني مع المنطقة ومقوماتها المختلفة الضرورية لإنجاح المشروع، والانعكاسات الإيجابية للمشروع على دول المنطقة، ومن خلال هذا المقال تم التوصل إلى أن الشرق الأوسط منطقة محورية بالفعل سواء إقليما أو عالميا، وذلك من بين أهم أسباب التركيز الصيني عليها، كما أن وجود الصين في المنطقة أعطاها دفعا قويا، ليس اقتصاديا وتجاريا فقط، ولكن أيضا من حيث التواصلات الثقافية والحضارية كذلك، وهو ما أثار قلقا لدى القوى التقليدية ذات النفوذ في الشرق الأوسط خاصة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، ويشكل الحضور المتنامي للصين في المنطقة ثقلا موازنا لنظيره الغربي، وهو ما سيعود بالفائدة على دول المنطقة لإقامة علاقات متوازنة بين مختلف القوى ذات المصالح المتضاربة هناك. This article aims to study the location of the Middle East region in the Chinese Belt and Road project, and to identify the most important factors that made the region vital in the Chinese project, and to analyze the nature of Chinese dealings with the region and its various components necessary for the success of the project, and the positive repercussions of the project on the countries of the region, and through this The article concluded that the Middle East is a really pivotal region, whether regionally or globally, and this is among the most important reasons for the Chinese focus on it, and the presence of China in the region gave it a strong impetus, not only economically and commercially, but also in terms of cultural and civilizational contacts as well, which is what It raised concerns among the traditional powers with influence in the Middle East, especially the United States of America. China's growing presence in the region constitutes a counterweight to its western counterpart, which will benefit the countries of the region to establish balanced relations between the various forces with conflicting interests there.
