المرأة العاملة وفقا لقانون الأسرة الجزائري

الملخص
يُشَكلُ العمل بصفة عامة وعمل الزوجة بصفة خاصة محور الاهتمامات التشريعية الكبرى لشتى المجتمعات، وهو ما عمل علية المشرع الجزائري كذاك وبذل العناية اللازمة والتأطير اللازم له في المنظومة القانونية سواء في كنف الأسرة أوفي سوق العمل أو في ميادين أخرى؛ كون المرأة هي الأم والمربية والمكلفة برعاية الأطفال وشؤون الزوج والعاملة كذلك ...الخ. وهو الشيء الذي جعلنا نبحث في موضوع المرأة العاملة لمعرفة أثر تدخل المشرع في بعض المواطن لتنظيم هاته العلاقات وضبطها، وحجم الحماية المكرسة لذلك في قانون الأسرة، باعتباره القانون الأساسي الضابط للأحكام المنظمة لكافة العلاقات الزوجية سواءا في مرحلة ما قبل عقد الزواج أو في فترة الحياة الزوجية أو حتى بعد إنهائها. والوقوف عند ما حققته بخروجها للعمل في مقابل الحفاظ على واجباتها وأدوارها الزوجية، وحجم ما وصلت إليه لتحقيق القبول الوظيفي والأسري ومكانتها داخل المجتمع. Determine what she has achieved by going out to work in exchange for preserving her marital duties and roles, and the size of what she has achieved to achieve job and family acceptance and her position in society.
